The Crown VS JR
Under the Canadian Youth Offenders Act the youngest a person can be charged with a crime is 12 years old. In some cases, at the age of 18 said offender can have their record(s) expunged.
12 year old "JR" connected with self proclaimed 300 year old werewolf, Jeremy Steinky (then, 23 in human years) on the once popular social media site Nexopia - and if you're asking "wtf is Nexopia?" then you're too young for this podcast. What would transpire after these events would one day be considered one of the most brutal acts of familicide in Canada - and result in JR being dubbed the youngest killer in Canadian History.
Despite a publication ban on the young offender, a quick google search will provide you with plenty of information on the now free young woman living under a new identity, much like another prolific Canadian Killer, Karla Holmoka.
