When you get caught up in the “I can’t” and the “I wish” stories you're not being honest with what you really want and are getting in your own way.

You are your own worst enemy when it comes to going after what you want, when you don’t.

Often we are the only ones that create this inner drama and struggle when it comes to our futures and dreams and goals. We let fear and self doubt creep in.

But before we even get into the fear and self-doubt, lets define what you actually want.

Do you actually know what you want?

How bad do you want it?

It is pretty simple: Do what you want or admit you are either

a) Scared shitless to do it.

or

b) You don't want it bad enough.
