?Because when we give too many fucks, when we choose to give a fuck about everything, then we feel as though we are perpetually entitled to feel comfortable and happy at all times, that’s when life fucks us.
?
— Mark Manson, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life

I’m almost always too hard on myself. I give too many fucks about too many things.

Sound familiar?

I know you want to live an awesome life. You want to be the best friend, girlfriend, and mother all the time. But, the reality is that is not going to happen, regardless of how much inner work, mediation, yoga, or whatever it is you do that tickles your inner fancy.

So, why are you so hard on yourself?

Maybe it comes with self-awareness and personal development. But, the reality is that you are human, and you will always be learning and growing.

If life was always peachy and you were amazing at everything, how rewarding would life or any of your successes really be?

Listen for more awesomeness about what I am going through, and how much everyone would benefit from chilling the fuck out just a smidge.

This episode is dedicated to my mom, who constantly says, "Stop being so hard on yourself."

Thanks mom! - You rock.

Just take my (moms) advice, always.

Stay awesome.

-Dianna
