New Zealander Raelene Castle has been confirmed as Rugby Australia's new boss in another piece of sports administration history. She succeeds Bill Pulver, taking up the post on January 15. Rugby Australia chairman Cameron Clyne declared her the stand-out applicant among more than 200 candidates.
