As a real estate investor, do you view Opendoor as a competitor or someone that you can leverage to your advantage? See, Opendoor has a very specific system that they follow on every single house they purchase. It misses one key element that we can capitalize on and Opendoor will never be able to match, human interaction. Opendoor's system is to have the motivated seller enter their information into their website and then wait for 24 hours to speak to a real person. That being said, investors should always have the advantage over Opendoor when it comes to solving motivated seller's problems and ultimately buy their house. However, Opendoor needs to buy houses and I have found out they love buying houses from ME! Opendoor is not competition, they are an additional exit strategy for real estate investors.
