Making a villain for your roleplaying campaign is always tricky. You want them to be intimidating and fun to fight, so the natural instinct is to spend a lot of time fleshing them out. But what if your players don’t like that villain? Then you’ve spent a lot of time on a character who isn’t any use. Don’t worry, we’ve got advice on how to make your villain interesting without risking too much of your time. We talk about how to achieve the right level of antagonism, how to perform as your villain, and some general best practices. Plus, more weird stories about Oren’s past games!
