COVID-19 is showing businesses there are a lot of questions out there and creative answers are needed to solve problems. Allison and Jeffrey have a wide-ranging conversation about mixing profits, values, and creativity in business. She says creativity is different for everyone and it’s not necessarily doing traditionally creative activities.
