Beyond transformation this is a story of transcendence. CEO and Founder of Phynix Initiative, Tammie Horton shares what it takes to rise above your limitations and live fully and free, even if you have experienced trauma in your life.

In 2013 Tammie hit rock bottom, she was completely broken and had become someone she didn’t recognise and didn’t want to be anymore. She figuratively set herself on fire and started her rebirth, rising up from the ashes of her former life and rebuilding herself into the person she is today.

A special part of this episode is how Tammie shares the power of hope. Even if that hope is just a single ember in the midst of darkness.

Tammie Horton is the original PHYNIX. She is a speaker, coach, and mental health advocate. She has a lived experience of bullying, self-harming, domestic abuse, mental illness, caring for a partner with multiple health conditions - all while holding down a full-time job and raising three children.
