Mike is the Senior Analyst @ Weiss Ratings and Editor of the "Safe Money Report," the flagship publication of Weiss Ratings. He's been making market and stock recommendations w/Weiss since 2003- In other words, he's a brave man. Using fundamental and cyclical analysis in his evaluations, he uses their database of filters in their quantitatively based data on stocks, ETF's, etc. He discusses the importance of safety/conservative/defensive approaches, plus growing dividends, to include non-traditional stock analysis - REIT's, Closed End funds, MLP's, etc. Anyone interested in investing will find this to be very interesting.
