Characters are shaped by the world in which they're forged. So it should be no surprise that when we attempted to cement the origin stories of The Lightning Dogs, we found ourselves asking questions about where they came from and what life was like on the homeworld of these evolved canines. To help us in answering these big picture questions, we've turned to Microscope - an unconventional roleplaying game designed specifically to create histories. We zoom in and out of great moments in dog history, plot the species' rise from four legs to two, discover fascinating ways that living in humanity's shadow pushed their civilization to new and unusual places, and uncover the ancient story of The First Lightning Dog.
