Paul has worked in recruitment focussed upon the construction sector for the last 22 years.
He built up a recruitment business (Jigsaw) in the early 2000's to 40 staff before the 2008 crash sent the business under so he knows a thing or two about recessions and bouncing back from adversity.
Today he is the Managing Director and owner of Pegasus Search & Selection.
Paul shares his view of the job market, recessions, and recruiters and as a straight talking Yorkshireman he pulls no punches in his appraisal.
Paul offers some frank advice for all active job seekers.
