The palate of the average American is evolving, and yet the restaurant industry isn’t keeping up. This gap in the market is where Planta, a 100% plant-based restaurant group, is betting on its figurative farm. Launched in 2016, they’ve expanded to 11 locations across The United States and Canada, with a whole bunch more still on the way including in California, Georgia, and New York.
