EV laggard Toyota claims to be going all in on electric and reducing battery costs by 50%. Big advancement in electric airliner engines, James is disappointed in the latest Tesla FSD beta 10, and an Indian mega factory producing electric two-wheelers will clean up the air in that developing country.

   It is the largest propulsive aerospace motor in existence – about 2x larger than other propulsive motors in testing. It will be a key for making larger passenger jets.

   The new engine will be incorporated into the propulsion plant of the “Wright 1” passenger plane, though it is also working hard to ensure that its engines can be retrofitted into existing aircraft.
