We are excited to share our interview with Vanessa with you. Vanessa is a Health Coach and a Dietician, and she helps women heal their relationship with food. After spending some time living in Korea, her curiosity was peaked around food and eating habits, as she was able to identify a big gap in experiencing the two cultures, Korean and American. When she arrived back in America she went to school to become a dietician, and she is currently helping women who feel stuck.

More than just diet, Vanessa helps others work through limiting beliefs and change their mindset that blocks from eating and enjoying nutritious meals. In this conversation we talk about the morality of food. One of the most apparent things we do is label food good or bad, and then make judgements on our meals, our decisions, and our bodies. Vanessa works towards helping others reframe their goals away from weight loss and prioritize energy levels instead. We spend some time in this conversation discussing how much we are fixated on the outward appearance and we miss the opportunity to focus on our own experience.

If you would like to connect with Vanessa give her a follow on the 'gram or find her online!
