Ian Nadela is an entrepreneur and leadership coach who has been involved in the direct marketing space for over ten years.

Since being introduced into the family business in 2010 by his wife Karel, Ian has grown their distributorship into the several hundreds. Today, he leads Backpack CEOs of every walk of life in several countries and counting, including the Philippines, the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Denmark.
