Magen Kellam, Esq. is an immigration attorney and founder of the Law Offices of Magen E. Kellam in Naples, Florida. Magen represents clients before the U.S. Immigration Service (USCIS), the U.S. Immigration Court, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Consulates and Embassies around the world. For more than 17 years she has advocated for individuals across the globe in matters from U.S. citizenship to deportation defense. She is an advocate for human rights and has collaborated with government and non-government organizations to pursue justice for immigrants and foreign workers. Magen is best known for her work in the fight against human trafficking and since 2006 she has represented and assisted countless survivors of sex and labor trafficking. Her mission includes seeking justice in court, immigration relief, educating the community, preventing exploitation, and empowering survivors.
