Ending the Year the Wise Way

As New Year’s Eve fast approaches, it’s a time many of us will be reflecting back on 2022. You will celebrate the things that went well, but you’ll also be dwelling on the things that didn’t go so well.
In this episode I’m here to tell you to draw a line under it and move on.
I was going to do a special episode about the new year, but instead I decided to share something a bit deeper and more personal with you, because 2022 was a year of significant change for me, and I have made a big decision:
No more new year resolutions.
