The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to photograph her wedding and create an album. She alleges it was a mess and he didn’t complete the job, so she’s suing for a refund. The defendant says the bride was a raving lunatic on her wedding day, and she complained that her guests didn’t look attractive in the pictures.
Then, The plaintiff says she gave her landlord notice when she moved and left the place immaculate, but the defendant refuses to return her security deposit. She’s suing for all she’s owed. The defendant says he lowered the rent when the plaintiff lost her job and she never paid it back, so he took it from her security deposit. He’s countersuing for back rent.
