In this episode of the podcast Amelia Broughton joins me as co-host/guest!

It's her second time returning to the podcast and very special because it's the first podcast we have done since being in relationship together.

Originally we wanted to share the epic story and experience we had in Salida, CO where I got to accomplish a HUGE goal of river surfing!

Eventually we get to the topic of river surfing, but first we dove deep into some intimate parts of our relationship sharing the process of shifting from friendship to romance and all that we've navigated in partnership along the way.

Amelia is a world class coach + faciliator so I think you'll find interest in our way of relating and the rawness to our story. We got vulnerable in hopes that in some way it may help you see a new perspective that is supportive whether that's in your current relationship or helps you thinik toward the future!
