We sat down with Kevin DeJong, a Raleigh-based guitarist for Home Away from Paradise and concert photographer to talk about preventing camera breakage due to crowd surfers, theories on why the hardcore and pop-punk scenes seem to thrive in Greensboro and Chapel Hill, and how everyone lives for breakdowns regardless of the genre of music they enjoy.
