In this episode we discuss past lives, and the relationship between shamanism and past lives. Many of our ancestors would have had a relationship with spirit and while not all tie in with past lives, many of them do. Even something as simple as burying our dead can mean many things to many people. Be it the spirit moving on to another form of existence, another life, or even just giving nutrients to the next life, we can see the cycle of life take shape.
Journeying through past lives and through death can be very liberating, although they can be tricky. While we won’t be discussing how to do this specifically, we do encourage you to contact us if you want more information. These sometimes require a bit more of a hands on approach to journey work and are better practiced with some one-on-one guidance.
Within this episode, Kriket discusses some of her first experiences with past life work and of course, the importance of living in the present.
