As the visionary founder and She-E-O of three innovative companies, Yanna is at the forefront of social entrepreneurship, offering fresh perspectives on business development, mentorship, and community building. In 2018, she launched Dear Diary,Inc. a mentoring organization dedicated to empowering Black girls to write their own narrative for social and economic advancement. Dear Diary currently serves over 300 girls annually. Following this, in 2020, Yanna unveiled Dear Design Collaborative, a boutique consulting firm that has worked with more than 25 small businesses and nonprofits through expert business development and operations strategies leading to increased scalability and long-term sustainability. Keen on solving real problems and staying ahead of future problems, Yanna’s most recent launch of The Group Chat Social Club, a vibrant online community for Black women globally, fostering connections, collaboration, and community committed to ending loneliness in successful Black women.
