This week's meditation is much like last week's, but with a twist: we're just taking five mindful breaths. This technique is especially useful for busy times at work or during travel when you just have a minute or two to yourself. How does it feel during and after this meditation, as compared to the longer Sitting With The Breath meditation posted last week? Exploring and finding what type and length of meditation works for you is all part of being a beginner meditator (and we're never more than just beginners).
