This particular, “Sleep Hypnosis Weekly” podcast, has been running for quite a while. I originally made just 7 episodes, but earlier in 2019, this podcast started to grow in popularity. So I decide to start making new recordings weekly, to see if they what response I would get. Thankfully, the reaction has been hugely favourable, so I continue to make new sessions every week.
Each session is different, yet similar in the sense that its all aimed at helping you to relax your body, calm & slow down your mind and drift off into a natural, healing & safe sleep. Sessions last approximately 40+ minutes each, and of course I speak softly in every one. I genuinely hope that this weekly sleep podcast helps you to overcome insomnia and sleep easier.
