For our final instalment of Sleep4Performance Radio in 2019, we welcome back Jason Donaldson. Jason is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience. Having helped thousands of clients, Jason is dedicated to assisting people in rediscovering the enjoyment of health and fitness while aiming towards permanent results.

With multiple qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit, Weightlifting, Endurance and Kettlebell training, Jason has coached people from all walks of life. Additionally, Jason works as Director of Training & Operations and Head Coach at Power Speed Endurance (PSE); a programming, coaching and educational platform for developing sports performance, fitness and health.

In this episode, we cover Jason’s work throughout 2019, keeping fit and healthy over the holiday period, and how we can kick off 2020 with a bang!
