Welcome to the NEW Snubs & Dubs! Yes, maybe it's a little soon in the lifespan of the podcast to be going through a reinvention, but the best way to learn something is to do it! We learnt a LOT by recording those first two episodes. They were too long, we talked about and had to watch way too many movies, and the snubs section was lacking.
So now, we're adopting a season format. Each season is going to be picking a year, then watching 25 films total: all the nominees for Best Picture in that year as well as other notable films in that year. Each WEEKLY episode will cover ONE film. This way, at the end of the season, we'll have an informed opinion on what actually deserved the award for Best Picture.
Snubs & Dubs is also no longer a rotating guest podcast; instead, your hosts are Kyle Tobiasson and Jason Miller. That doesn't mean we aren't planning on having any guests; stay tuned for that.
