Having a bad day?

We all have them. I had one myself the day I shot this, but then I reminded myself of an insight I had a couple of years ago that I wanted to pass along to you.

I'm sharing the one thing you absolutely NEVER do when you're having a "bad day".

I also share what you can do instead to shift things around for the better.

We explore the concept of shit-colored glasses and how to stop yourself from making things worse.

You might even be able to turn your day around.

Remember to return here the next time you're having one of those off days and don't be too hard on yourself.
