If you want a shortcut to increasing confidence, start by calling yourself out with little things that you are wrong in.

When we seek to look perfect and deny when we are wrong to ourselves and others, we are avoiding a hurt part of ourselves that doesn't feel significant and needs approval.

When we finally admit when we are wrong, we heal that part of ourselves and the need to be approved, giving ourselves the approval.
