In this episode, Julie Lerman is our guest, and she is challenged with the pattern “Conserve familiarity” from the Object-Oriented Reengineering Patterns repository (http://scg.unibe.ch/download/oorp/OORP.pdf). Throughout her career, Julie uses this pattern to be an enabler for conversations with people who use the systems.
