Pop culture is filled with scenes of doctors giving their patients the news they've been dreading: "It's time to get your affairs in order." In real life, the conversation between a patient and their oncologist when they learn they have a life-limiting illness is rarely this direct.
In this episode, Carl takes a closer look at oncologists, and what to do when the phrase "there's nothing more we can do" comes up in conversation with your doctor.
