Sharon Salzberg is a renowned spiritual teacher who has been leading meditation classes and retreats for more than 40 years. An avid student of many schools of Buddhist thought, Sharon is the cofounder of both the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and the Insight Meditation Society. With Sounds True, she has released the audio program Room to Breathe: An At-Home Meditation Retreat with Sharon Salzberg.
