Episode 001 of the Friday Fire. Trevor was asked a question about his mental approach to the game of baseball. With baseball being such a mental taxing game, you need every advantage you can get. Trevor talks about what you should do when a teammate isn't performing like they should in practice, then 5 seconds after the coach is watching they all of a sudden turn it on.
