Jonas Hjelm är chef för RISE’s Tech Transfer Office där han jobbar med kommersialisering av forskningsresultat. Tidigare jobbade han bl.a på Alfa Laval där han under en tid forskade på innovation och produktutveckling. Specifikt var han intresserad av att hitta den optimala balanspunkten mellan ordning och oordning i styrningen av innovationsprojekt. För mycket ordning och regelverk kan hämma innovationstakten samtidigt som det måste finnas nån form av styrning.
