After six seasons in the major leagues, Brad Thompson transitioned into television and radio broadcasting. He works as a color analyst for St. Louis Cardinals games for Bally Sports Midwest and is the co-host of The Fast Lane on 101 ESPN in St. Louis.

Thompson was a member of the 2006 World Series champion Cardinals team, and played with Matt Holliday briefly in 2009. The two have remained friends ever since and Matt appears as a frequent guest on Thompson's radio show. He joins Matt and Leslee on Table Forty to talk about his career on and off the field, including stories of his Cardinals playing days and lessons he's learned about life and leadership along the way.
