She & The 2016 U.S. Olympians participating in the Tour are: The Final Five – Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian and Aly Raisman; men’s gymnastics – Chris Brooks, Jake Dalton, Danell Leyva, Sam Mikulak and Alex Naddour; rhythmic – Kiana Eide, Monica Rokhman, Jennifer Rokhman, Kristen Shaldybin and Laura Zeng; and trampoline – Nicole Ahsinger and Logan Dooley. 2008 Olympic all-around champion Nastia Liukin, 2008 Olympic balance beam champion Shawn Johnson and 2012 Olympic team champion Jordyn Wieber are also on the cast. Raisman discusses her experience in Rio in 2016. She also laughed about her interviews with Bob Costas (last week's guest). Finally, she addressed recent headlines she made concerning a Reebok campaign against Bullying & Body Shaming. As an added bonus, John Orozco is also on the podcast. John overcame incredible odds to make his second Olympic team after suffering through the death of his mother in February 2015 and a torn Achilles tendon a few months later. He wasn't at his strongest at the U.S. Olympic Men's Gymnastics Trials in early June, but he made it through the competition cleanly and it was enough for the Olympic selection committee to give him a spot on the five-man squad.
