Curtis explores Paul’s letter to the Church in Galatia, looking at Galatians 5:13-26.
What is Paul trying to communicate about the gospel of Jesus? Where does our Freedom come from? What might God’s transformation of us, as individuals, and our world look like?

Worship Suggestion:

Taking a verse each, read through Psalm 146, pausing briefly between each verse, then share which one stood out to you most and why.

Group Questions:

Re-read Galatians 5:13-26. What stood out to you on Sunday and now, reading through the passage again together?

1. How do we actively pursue these qualities of the Spirit without becoming people who come back under law?

2. How do we create spaces and habits where the Spirit can cultivate these characteristics in us?

3. What would it look like for our community to be a place that demonstrates these fruits of the Spirit?

Application/Prayer:

Pray to experience God’s freedom and that the overflow of the Spirit would make a difference in the lives of those around you.
