Neferteri has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Savannah State University, Master of Professional Studies in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity from The Pennsylvania State University, and industry certifications as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
