As a young child Pat was labeled “Learning disabled with Speech Deficiencies” and put into special classes. Throughout his teenage years he struggled to find his purpose failing forward through life and trying everything including 2 years as a 4th string player (benchwarmer) on the lacrosse team. He graduated college with a degree in Sociology and a 2.6 GPA. Jumping into Real Estate straight out of college after being turned down for several corporate sales positions, Pat sold 10 homes his first year earning a total of $13,200. Through consistent application of 6 steps, Pat grew his real estate business each and every year. In 2004 he became the #1 Re/Max Agent in the world and in 2006 he was honored with the same #1 recognition by Keller Williams Realty.
