As an assistant event coordinator for the last five years and serving as an officer of the Pi Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota (professional honor society) for counseling the last two years, Amanda demonstrates a strong desire to take on leadership roles in community engagement promoting the Counseling profession. Amanda has worked closely with a wide variety of licensed professionals on campus at Marywood University and in the Scranton, PA community. Amanda is currently an inpatient therapist at First Hospital in Kingston, PA where she just began to work with adolescents. Amanda’s professional interests in Counseling include working with adults diagnosed with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia spectrum using an eclectic approach.
