Mayor of Cash-Strapped Louisiana City Pitches ICO - The mayor of Lafayette , Louisiana has suggested an I C O as a way to raise money for the town. Mayor Joel Robideaux suggested that by using a token, the town could “develop solutions targeting government inefficiencies, and, more importantly, alternatives for financing public infrastructure.”
