On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a few thoughts on the New Orleans Saints' victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football. It was a really ugly game, but there was one notable storyline that came out of it: Pete Carroll's days in Seattle are officially numbered. After the tumultuous offseason they just had with Russell Wilson, Carroll needed to win to save his job. That obviously ain't happening. So, if you're Carroll, why not a return to USC? It's where he's had his most success during his coaching career, and he'd be a much better fit than someone like Mike Tomlin. Sticking in the NFL, football fans across the country took a big 'L' when we found out that Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams had tested positive for COVID. Packers vs. Cardinals was set to be the 'Game of the Year' up to this point, but now the game will be without one of its biggest stars. But it gets worse - Can you guess which other Packers star that Adams refers to his one of his best friends on the team? Quarterback Aaron Rodgers. This game has huge NFC Playoff implications, and it's shame that we're all going to be deprived of such a fantastic matchup.
