Janel Vegter is a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in bodywork for athletes. She's also probably stronger than you. When she's not working with clients or traveling to speaking engagements, Janel is training or competing in Highland Games or MAS Wrestling. She's a former world record holder in Powerlifting and has totaled over 1100 lbs raw (weighing less than 150 lbs.). Janel's combined her love of athletics and her passion for helping people into a career, and we think you'll enjoy hearing her perspective on being an athlete, training for multiple sports, and getting outside of comfort zones.
