Do you see the pros crushing it on the bike and wonder how the heck they got there? It’s all training habits and mindset. And in this episode, pro rider Braydon Bringhurst explains where and how he developed the mindset to go big and gives us an inside look into his training routine to help us do the same. When I first saw Braydon, it was on a video called Transcend that launched a few years back and it left a huge impression on me. It was the first time I saw someone make climbing on a bike look so exciting. It was his originality that inspired me to just pursue anything and any style on the bike. It really has helped give me confidence in transitioning disciplines over the years. Braydon is also super active in his community of Boise and is dedicating his time to encouraging cycling from a grassroots level and putting his money where his mouth is. I mean, this guy is out building trails with organizations, he is founding the Boise Man Bike Festival, and he's making incredible content for people to enjoy whether you are one of the best riders in the world or it's your first day on a bike. This is why I love Braydon so much and I think that really comes through in this interview.
