“I Knew When My Parents Divorced I Had to Break The Cycle”

As a young girl around the age of 12, Jenifer had already realized she needed change in her life.

After suffering as a young child through the pain of her parent’s divorce, she knew she needed to break the cycle of this dysfunctional pattern.

She would spend nearly the next 4 years in therapy working on herself to bring the changes she desired.

In her early 20’s she began working with a hypnotherapist who became and still is a motherly influence in her life.

With her mentor’s guidance and the discovery of Louise Hay’s “You Can Heal Your Life”, her thoughts would eventually transform from negative, self deprecating, “you aren’t good enough” to positive, loving, “you can do it”.

She glows when she speaks of the very first time she felt her heart chakra open. During a 4 hour guided meditation lead by Deepak Chopra and Doreen Virtue was the first time she was able to achieve this sensation, simply with her mind.

Just as a car cannot perform to it’s full potential with a lowly charged battery, either can we.

Meditation has been around since the beginning of time and for thousands of years it has rejuvenated, refreshed and recharged it’s practitioners.

Although it is a constant work in progress and needs to be practiced regularly, Jenifer has incorporated it into her daily life.

She absolutely loves introducing meditation to those who have little to no experience, especially the looks on their faces when their energy has shifted.

Jenifer believes in using a number techniques to achieving your the ultimate goal.

She incorporates affirmations, sound healing, aroma therapy, tuning forks, singing bowls and even changing the tone of her voice to attain the desired result.

What had started as a mission to break a cycle and work on herself has become a passion to help others feel at peace.
