About Ann Unrast:

Ann graduated in 1994 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and she is licensed in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has practiced in many different settings within the mental health profession, which includes the clinical setting, wilderness setting, group home, foster care setting, and university setting. She has worked with youth most of her career, but currently enjoys working with persons of all ages. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. Ann's greatest passion is wilderness/adventure therapy because it connects her joy for the outdoors with her professional work. She recently completed a 2nd degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Psychology and Education.
