Matt is also a 5th degree black belt in Taekwon-Do, a Podcaster for The Red Delta Project Podcast, a fitness writer and has nearly 900 fitness Youtube videos.

Matt spends his free time biking, skiing and playing in the Rocky Mountains and have a love for fast cars, Ben & Jerry's ice cream and inventing his own fitness equipment.
