The meditation we are going to do offers you a way to slow the swirls of thoughts in and around your mind so that you can be calm. Super Stretch believes that when we pay attention and focus our minds on something, as simple as looking out a window, it can make us feel so good and relaxed that we start to see the world and ourselves in a new way! Then we can release all of the gross, uncomfortable feelings and feel good. Let's join them for a meditation to find calm. Take a deep breath in, and AHhhhhhhhh… a deep breath out.
