With so many diets to choose from, it gets complicated.

And is there such a thing as the perfect diet for everyone?

These days eating a certain way has almost become a religion - something that we might believe is "the perfect way" to eat for the rest of our lives once we call ourselves "vegan", "paleo", "fruitarian" or whatever the restrictive eating trend is, that we subscribe to.
