Lovelace’s job is to help student-athletes focus on academic progress and life after sports. Before joining the Ducks, Lovelace spent over four years as the coordinator of student-athlete affairs at George Mason. Lovelace was also the advisor of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council at George Mason. Lovelace has spent time in multiple intern and assistant roles with schools such as American, Old Dominion and Christopher Newport. Lovelace graduated from Hampton University with a degree in sports management and later earned a Master’s degree in sports management from Old Dominion.
