Survivor season 30, Worlds Apart, is off to a great start! We got to hear from all the castaways. Some are playing smart, a select few, not so much. Super fan Dan was completely oblivious to how he was being perceived by others, and committing a well known Survivor sin: don't start the game by arguing with and alienating your tribe. Vince came out the gate acting nothing like a life coach and managed to give off a creepy, stalker vibe with Jenn. Will promised his tribe sandwiches. Go figure. Carolyn, who many thought might be first out, demonstrated a great awareness of the game and a good judge of character. It was great to get a blindside right out of the gate. It was a nice twist to see a tribe choose to keep an older female so early in the game. This season is already delivering surprises. How did your assessments of the new castaways change once you saw them in action? What did you think about the twist of having two people choose between Honesty and Deception? Who do you think is in control of each tribe? Who would you have kept: So or Carolyn? Who do you think will be next to go?

Here are the tribes after episodes 1. Escameca/Blue Collar:Dan, Kelly, Lindsey, Mike, Rodney, Sierra Nagarote/No Collar:Hali, Jenn, Joe, Nina, Vince, Will Masaya/White Collar:Carolyn, Joaquin, Max, Shirin, Tyler
